Why do I do what I do?
Emotional wellbeing is a skill—it's a foundation for making conscious decisions, collaborating, and living more fully. This belief has led me to dedicate my professional life to supporting personal, collective, and organizational transformation processes.
What do I offer?
I facilitate workshops, conferences, and business consulting services designed to improve wellbeing, communication, and organizational culture in educational and professional environments. I've collaborated with organizations such as Nestlé, EcoLab, the City of Montreal, the Montreal International Black Film Festival, ICIELA, and the International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations.
You’ll also find here a variety of resources for individual growth: online courses, downloadable tools, and personalized guidance on topics such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, everyday happiness, and life-centered leadership.
With experience as a speaker in over 200 events and frequent participation in media, I’ve had the opportunity to bring the science of wellbeing to thousands of people.
How do I do it?
I integrate the academic with the spiritual, and the human with the strategic. My approach is holistic: I see people as bio-psycho-social and spiritual beings.
I hold a degree in Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac México, with specializations in organizational and clinical psychology. I later pursued further studies at the University of Amsterdam, in Buddhist practices and neuroscience. I’ve also explored other wisdom traditions, including teachings from Native American communities, ritual dialogue, and the re-signification and re-mythification of everyday life—thanks to my work with Ho Rites of Passage in Montreal.
As a Certified Happiness Coach by the Berkeley Wellbeing Institute, and with a Master's in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in Montreal, I facilitate deep, sustainable, and tailored change processes that respond to the real needs of individuals and organizations.
